Thanks to TWH and Manitowoc for the "once in a lifetime" experience.....

They said around 100 truck loads to assemble her, tracks are the heaviest part at around 120,000lbs, $25-$30 million buck-a-roos for the girl, the 21000 is a steal for $7 million.

Enjoy gents Smiley

You must have been at the same place I was! I liked at the end when we finished the tour we got to see her move under power. Nice shots.

Stupid question, but since I'm not a crane guy maybe it isn'tThink Why is teh cab on this crane so much larger than on, say a 2250? It looks like instead of an operating chair you could put a couch in there... course it would match Bob's new living room chair.

regards,
Jim

its Red so it must be the sports model Teeth

do i need to say it,TWH???????????

Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"?

... It's better to be silent and thought a fool, then to speak up and remove all doubt

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

I think the CC 8800 from Demag is about 1800 US tons

BobM2004- I think we might have been at the same place now that you mentioned it.....some guy was begging for a Manitowoc operators cab.....d'oh! Whistle

Thanks for all the positive comments guys....
