she looks sweet in the livery,

Who will be piloting this puppy!

Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"?

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

I seriously think NZG will make a model Noel think about it all they need to do is make a set of crawlers and a under carriage for it everything else will come off the ltm11200.

looking for another 112 Paul? Whistle Whistle d'oh! Teeth

I would love one too,but sadly can't see one ever being made by NZG,maybe some parts made by a kit maker,
would be funny if conrad produced a model though

The cab is also different as is the counterweight tray so there would be a bit more work involved.

the cab is different yes, but the CW tray doesnt HAVE to be different.... its an option from Liebherr to have it single stack form or double stack form like the LTM 11200

True enough but if there were then a McNallys version, it would not be accurate and there would still be the issue of the cab.

Fantastic pictures of a stunning machine, I love the LTR11200, I'm equally fond of large tele cranes and crawler cranes so this is just the perfect hybrid. My goal to oneday be sitting behind the levers of one of these.

As for a model, with the boom already cast I'd say it is only a matter of time before NZG realize the potential of making one. Because these things have to go through Leibherr to get approved, and I'm sure Leibherr will want to promote what really is a unique machine I'll be very surprised if it never happens.

I have however been wrong about these things, to this day I do not understand why a LTM1500 has never been done, and now the rumors of a replacement (LTM1750) are circulating I dare say we will never see a 1/50 LTM1500.....shame!

Here's to hoping for a LTR11200 soon Smile

Never say never. The LTM 1800 was made by YCC. Wasn't the 1:1 out of production. It will just take time.
