Here is some photos of my model with the ready painted adapter and Okada shear from the NZG model.   What makes it the best excavator model ever for me is: The finish is just perfect.Tracks run smoothly.It has all the warning decals on it.  The level of detail is just amazing.  Some parts are so filigrane,you could think they were photo etched parts.  All handrails are metal,not plastic.Air intakes are broken through,not just engraved.  This is what makes me say,I want to see more construction equipment models from WSI. Maybe a big Liebherr R974c demo excavator?  Jan

Im not really into that Demolition lark so ill stick with the bucket version.....and if i finally get my (deserved) raise at work i think ill buy another bucketed version....just for the fun of it haha

Has anyone else noticed that the wsi 870 is the same size as the nzg 1000 i though with difference in numbers on the machines the 870 would be a slightly smaller machine in size or is the scale of the wsi model slightly out?

i thought they was the same machine just the 1000 was the japenese version. i prefer the wsi one to nzg just a bit more detail

Ahhhh i c so in japan the zx870 is known as the 1000 adidnt no that thought they looked very much alike yes bru i agree with you the wsi version is slightly more detailed but nzgs r not far behind.

I think just due to the strengthening mods to the demolition 870 it has pushed the weight closer to the 100 tonnes,if not over for the 40m version,this seems to be only available in the Japanese market,so there is only 870's for the rest of the world
