At this job the TC3200 put it together! massive overkill but it was on site already so was utilised, Usually a 250 - 300t crawler would be used, it has been done with a 200t crawler before but it really does make life awkward. The weight of the thing is awesome! On this rig the weight of the main boom alone is over 150t!

I've had a little go behind the levers now, only a hour or so but for a big girl she's smooth and measured albiet very slow. Defo one for the scrap book.

Few pictures of my time at Sarens so far. Spent most the time with a brand new GMK6300L, great busy little (by Sarens standards) crane, always on the go. Had some time with a LTM1500 too but much less than the Grove.

Few of the Grove

Who can guess the mystery crane?

A few of the 5

And a few general pictures I've picked up over the past 5 months.

Enjoy

Great pictures Gaz. I think the Grove is a good looking crane. What is it like from a pro operators point of view?
