This model build is up there with the best of them. The hook block alone is a thing of beauty.

What sort of timeframe are you working towards?

The plastic is PVC , I don't know how to say in English , in Spanish is "PVC espumado" . It is very easy to cut and fixed extremely well with cyanocrilate

And I still think the LR13000 is a ridicously big crane, look at the model - its huge!!!
