Chuck,

Are there any plans to make the GME Bedding Box that Steel City had previously made?

Hi guys,

Left-Side Arrow boards were here and sold out immediately - we have re-ordered. Other versions are being manufactured as we speak. Hang in there, Greg is making them as fast as he can!

Other Steel City items may be made - depending on demand...

In regards to CCM - here is what we know:

- 336 Excavators are at CCM now - we are gathering payments and orders to get them delivered next week or the week after. You can still order these models from DHS:
Caterpillar 336E Excavator w/Thumb - 1:24
Caterpillar 336E Excavator w/Quick Coupler - 1:24

- 983 Models are scheduled to be at CCM this week - so we will begin contacting customers next week about payment. You can also still get these models ordered from us:
Caterpillar 983B Track Type Loader
Caterpillar 983B Track Type Loader w/Ripper

- 349 Excavators have just had the prices set - you can see them on our website (and order them) at:
Caterpillar 349E L HD Excavator w/Heavy-Duty Boom
Caterpillar 349E L ME Excavator w/Mass Excavation Boom

Thanks for reminding me to tell you about these!

Chuck

Chuck,

It seems you're getting some bad information somewhere regarding the Tonkin Tractomas. The listing on your website states "Only 252 pieces made!" and that is simply not true!

Are the Tractomas units diecast or resin? Seems like I heard either the Tractomas or reel carrier had a lot of resin for a large price tag?

There are two rules for success: 1. Never tell everything you know.

It was the reel carrier that had a lot of resin. Tractomas has something like 200 metal parts, if memory serves me correctly. I've since deleted the email from the TII shop!

Hello guys,

The Tractomas Model has over 200 individual metal parts. The cabin can be tilted up to reveal the engine. The doors can be opened to show the detailed interior.

The model count was taken from the initial quantity provided to me - perhaps this is just that, an initial quantity. I will check on this.

There will be 1000 Tractomas Tractors made. The information I was given was incorrect!

Also heard that more than half are already sold! Get your orders in soon!
