So I found these two pictures on instagram recently and they're pretty cool. I want to edit some of my pictures this way and add lights to my models in the pictures. I asked the people that posted the pictures and they used an app call wowfx, but it is only for iPhone. Does anyone know of any other program that I could use to achieve the same effects?

I just looked through the App Store on my iPhone. There seem to be many different apps that will allow you to do this. Just search photo editing and you should be able to find something that will work.
