So just got this thing and I can't figure out where all these damn pieces go. Was looking at pics on web but no luck......... Can someone plz help?

So, I am assuming that you did not get the instruction booklet. Go to the Cranes Etc. web site. Click on reviews, click on cranes mobile and look for the video you need. If you don't have the instructions, this should give you a lot of help.
