what are they used for and where (LR1750)

I have two little deck plate the came with the Conrad LR1750 kit and I can't find where they go , if someone knows please let me know.

I've look on the Conrad instruction booklet and they are not even numbered nor named anywhere but you see them on the photo from the booklet.

they go in the ballast trailer under the ballast weights.
