That's no Liebherr LTM 11200. That's a Tadano 400G-6

Oh the reeving or lacing is really simple. First you lay your block down on a flat surface, next you want to raise your boom above it and begin pulling out your string, making sure you pull out quite a bit entangling just about everything around you and the model. After swearing a little bit you begin to run the string down to the front side of the block carefully making sure to get it in the right pulley. Now after that you will run to the back side of the head pulley on the boom. Now after trying to get the string through the pulley on the head and swearing a little more now because the string has a slight fray on the end stopping it from going through while your arm begins to ache a little, you will now put the string in your mouth and achieve getting your first line pull through! Now this is the greatest part, once you get it through the boom head proceed to go back down to the block only to find your line has skipped off the pulley you originally had it on. Swear a little bit more as you waste more time getting the string back on pulley on the hook and proceed to go back up to the back of the head of the boom. You will repeat this about 6-8 times swearing a little more each time with your wife now occasionally asking what the hell you are doing and why you are swearing so much, ignore her and DO NOT pursue an argument because of the amount of frustration you may be feeling. Finish the lacing by trying to tie a knot with your fat fingers that seems almost impossible to the tie off point. After an hour or two you have completed the lacing job, stand back for a moment to admire what you have achieved, I suggest a picture right about now.
Next you will want to raise the boom with your hook block nicely laced, and this is where you begin to telescope out the boom only to find all your string has skipped off the pulleys and you now have a beautiful rats nest of string all bunched up, time to swear a little more and a little louder this time and contemplate why you even bought the thing in the first place. Do not get discouraged at this point! Depending on your frustration level you may leave this for a minute, hour or possibly a week or two. Once you have calmed yourself and are no longer aggravated by this so called simple task and your wife's constant nagging for you to be doing things around the house rather than spending hours putting a hook on a model, begin to tackle this rats nest swinging from the end of your boom by using that toothpick they usually supply you with. Use that toothpick to get every line back on the appropriate pulley very slowly and painfully, once completed take extra care in raising the boom slower now and have a great appreciation for what you have achieved. After this is on display sit back for a minute or two and appreciate what you have done by taking a few pictures. This project is complete after you make your wife happy again by finishing a few projects around the house and or having a good bbq dinner. Repeat for every other crane you intend to buy, and add more difficulty exponentially when buying any wsi crane, because they enjoy your pain and sorrow, so they add all these little bars on the hook blocks that you have to make sure you go under each time.
I hope this helps somewhat.

That has to be the honest and truthful reply. I have one sitting to the side waiting to be finished. I made it through the first paragraph as mentioned with multiple words and fight with a cat chasing the string to have a rat nest. It has been 4 months and I am about ready to finish. One thing to add to the complications is having fat fingers and poor eyesight which doesn't help the cause.
