Very nice! That would be one heck of an anchor if you were working in wet ground.
Are you an enviromentist, or do you work for a living?

What a nice job ! The decals and paint look perfect. I wanted to convert a 175 loader but never got around to it.

Wow that model looks so much better in Dresser colors than it does in the standard International colors, Nice job. "It's O-gauge or no gauge..."

Very crisp and clean repaint, and the compactors look strongly built also. Great job

Frusso: Tell us about the repaint. Did you disassemble the model, strip it, and repaint? That paint job looks great. Then tell us how you made the rollers. You seem to like older equipment like me. CAW

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

I have to send outside for a friend paint for me. I live on flat and it's impossible to be done for me. He is profissional! The roller was mede with a pipe plus some japanese toothpicks, can you believe? You are correct Quinella, I love old machines from 50-80's! I sold all my "new" machines models to buy "old" ones!

My friend that is an amazing transformation. I am with you and agree the old machines have better character and style.

Quinella wrote:Frusso: I had an earlier post about the Brazilian model manufacturer called "Minibrindes" Ever had any of their models? CAW Quinella, I had some models from them, but just save one D4E. Most of them are not in 1:50 scale. They made some dresser, galion and Komatsu graders. MF tractor and some CAT 1:87. One hyster 150F and a CASE 580H, I think. That's all in machines. They made some trucks too. However, the models were not good as ARPRA...
