Insley 1500C  3500C  2500C  600C  3500B with 3 hiost hydraulic cylinders, a very rare breed.....  H1500B  I don't know much about this next one.....  Sorry for the poor quality of some of the pictures...... Enjoy!! Max.
Cat 245.....Now and Forever  I am looking for industrial auction brochures from Ritchie Bros, Miller & Miller, Forke Bros, First Team Auction, Max Rouse, etc from the 70's, 80's and 90's.I am a collector and heavy equipment enthusiast and these pamphlets are loaded with nice pictures of cleaned and freshly painted equipment.Thet don't have much value once the sale is over but they are a great help to me in preserving the memory of machines that are no longer being built.Please, help my hobby by looking in your old storage boxes and file folders for these old auction sale brochures.Your help is much appreciated.

I've only seen one Insley hydraulic excavator in my general area, it looks like it has sat for some time.

Thanks for posting. I have never seen the 3 cylinder boom, that is quite a find. I hauled a lot of those "dinosaurs", and would like to see a 1000, 1500, or 2500 in a scale model.  Ken

i built some bodies, cabs and counterweights to make a 3500 years ago.i think i had 6 of them. if i ever find the box i put them in perhaps ill finish them one day

Hello-Hi!! 89CXsport, That Insley 3000 is very old and interresting as well.....do you think you could get more pictures of it, please?? KCM Toys, (I believe) EMD built a H-2250 in 1/50 some years ago.It was a nice model but very expensive.I don't know if you still can get one, if so, you'll need deep pockets. Quinella, I can not answer your question as (unfortunately) i never had a chance to try myself on any of those. The only common thing i can think of between the MF 450S and any Insley machine if that they had an undercarriage, a boom, stick and bucket......!! Thanks to everyone who replied. Max.

Gentlemen,
The Insley H-2250 excavator manufactured by EMD can still be purchased for $325.00 as well as the Insley 5000 shovel for $395.00.
