Hello All,
I need parts for a Conrad HS 843 crane. I am looking for 2 of the pendant lines, and the 2 pistons that hold the boom up. They are currently broken on my model. Please let me know if you can assist me with this, or point me in the direction of who can assist with this. Many thanks and I hope to to find the parts soon.
Thanks,
Greg

As far as pendant lines go you might be able to make them from beading wire or fishing leader wire. I've used both, I get the Beadalon 49 strand beading wire from any craft store or Walmart, you'll also need crimp tubes to make the loops on the ends with. I've made them for my HS855HD from NZG and I've done them in separate sections for the corresponding boom sections like NZG makes them or I've done one piece lines for the lift set up or the dragline set up. The fishing leader wire is similar to the beading wire but doesn't have as many strands and it also comes in black coated as well as clear coat like the beading wire.
As far as the other things you might be able to reattach them with small bolts. All those things are for us so the boom can't go over at it's maximum height otherwise the boom lift cable would cause the boom to crash down over the car body. They are not hydraulic cylinders but basically friction rods.

Do you need the hard plastic lines or the rope lines?

Can you post pictures of the broken parts next to a ruler? Maybe we can come up with some more ideas.

First, read this sticky from Admin how to post pictures You'll need to host your photos on a hosting site, I recommend www.imgur.com. Create a free account, upload your pics, then follow the guide in the sticky. Ley me know if you need any more gelp.
