Nice tractor.Are you going to paint it red?That trailer looks really good.Don't like those lights down low,they would be better on top of the cab.

eef7260, it’s a good looking cab over and the second fuel tank looks great on it. Agree with modelmaniac about the emergency beacons being on the bottom of the front bumper. They will only be appropriate if they are following The Q in his Smart car where he will be low enough to see them in his rear view mirror.
Do you have the WSI F700, and if so how about a little comparison between them.

Yes, I don't like the lights down on the bumper. It might be confusing at night with them twirling while the front lights are on. I've never seen that before. Maybe youz Euro guyz could fill us in. That's such a great looking color on the Mack. CAW

Craig, I think that beacons are low on the front bumper because in Holland, they use to carry cranes with the lattice boom erected and lying over the tractor cab. So everything which can be damaged by the boom is removed, which helps to reduce overall height as well: .jpg)  I hope it helps. Guy

Doornbos was the American crane distributor in Europe so they hauled a lot American cranes in Holland. And that is exaxctly what the model is gone do also. It's gone haul the rest of the American 7260 parts on transport to complete the FTF truck with the base crane. The Beacon lights i am not sure but they are original at the Doornbos Mack. ( they had a bunch of Mack and FTF trucks , so versions are a bit different sometimes ) I think Guy might be right on this but i am not sure. PS load is not complete yet and unpainted , working on that. Some pictures to explain. Great looking truck! Curious to see such an American truck in Europe. Were these built in the US and exported or did Mack build them in Europe?

eef7260, upon closer look at the engine they went one step further than WSI with shifter attached and coming up into the cab which is a very nice detail on the F700.

Thanks for posting eef, those are some great pictures. That is going to be a nice looking truck and load. As far as I know, Mack trucks have been built in two areas of the US and Australia. I am at a loss for why the warning lights are mounted on the bumper. Guy's idea makes sense, but it would be more practical to mount them below the windshield. A lot of US Fire Trucks have lights mounted in this area. The important thing is to warn the motoring public, which isn't too easy most days.   Ken

I am sure that years ago in some countries the beacons down low used to be a requirement so that they could be seen better in car rear vision mirrors.
They were later relocated higher off the ground because of possibilities of additional injuries to pedestrians in a low impact collision.
