First photos I have seen of the new LTR 1220 from Conrad: All images copyright of Adrian Flagmeyer on Hansebube. These are the translated comments from Adrian who posted the original images: Quote:Usual Conrad packaging, everything included, no missing parts or damage. Assembly can be seen from the assembly instructions. A bit fiddly, however, but close to the original.
Positive: Printing on the entire crane. Telescopes printed and small warning signs in all possible places. Lift cylinder with a small key to tighten Running plates can be pushed up to the basic device as in the original. Assembly possible as in the original. Longer lifting cylinders for the basic device are included. Stroke switch Telescopes lockable at 46/92/100%
Negative: Hook on hook block cannot be rotated Paul R

Nice looking model by Conrad, and it is good to see them doing another Liebherr crawler telescopic crane model. I know of at least one LTR1220 in my area that is locally by a crane rental company

Well if they make the Neeb version I may have to finally grab a Conrad model. Looks like they are finally adding detail and using less plastic.

Thanks for sharing Paul. Looks like a nice model, and it's good to see Conrad bringing their A-game to the details.
The hook appears to be the same casting as the one they used on the LTM1200, which is nearly a 15-year-old model now, so they are obviously still cutting their costs. The Terex hooks that came with the AC1000 were very nice, despite being partly plastic.

Just minor glitches like,1 support jack cannot swivel 90 degrees, some cabs do not remain/stay tilted, painting errors.Mostly, when crane breaks down, for transport. No problem,if displayed built.I think it is just because the first batch may have been rushed,in time for christmas.

Bug I agree with you. They seem bulky and oversized.
