TWH concept was they tried to replica everything that was metal on the real truck in diecast and everything else that wasn’t metal in plastic where possible. It doesn’t cost any more to make a diecast tooling or a plastic tooling unless its for clear parts. Its more focused on if you can fit the parts into the tooling blocks. Wheels and fenders are plastic because you can achieve better detail with plastic that metal. They also look better chrome because plastic is not porous like diecast. The WSI & TWH versions were released a few years apart, so I think that possibly the chrome is brighter on the later version due to advancements in technology,

You are welcome Chuck and thank you guys for the compliments on my line of trucks. The Sword, TWH and WSI Peterbilt 379 in my opinion is the best truck ever produced.in 1/50 scale.
