Hello gentlemen, Many, many years ago I bought some lazer cut metal cabs for my D9Gs. I never wrote down who made them. Does anyone know who might have been selling them 20 plus years ago? Many thanks, Gregg

Gregg, I believe these were made by Ken Wheeler and Rod Cross or Ray Clifford Greg

That is correct 325cl. They are great cabs and I need one too. I cannot find mine and I hate myself if I sold it. I do have the old style enclosed cab for the D9G. It's made of metal and has the plastic windows. CAW

Mr. Q, I have 3d printed OROPS canopies available. These are prototypical to the era, the vertical style, less of an angle.

Rod Cross and I made this metal D9H cab to fit the Cat D9G. We made around 80 of them. 317071354_1789823418061626_5437638467016561955_n by Ken Wheeler, on Flickr"/> 317361519_1789824484728186_6754468868748469855_n by Ken Wheeler, on Flickr"/>

You both did a fantastic job on them. Wow, 80, a big undertaking.

Those look great! I've seen a few of those in photos over the years but never knew who made them. Facebook: NorCalDiecastCustomsInstagram: NorCalDiecastCustomsClifton

The best cab made for the D9, the gauge of metal was perfect and because of the the thickness of the metal used was key on that D9 cab and why it was so popular, it sat on the D9 perfectly.
