This looks bad if it lasts. Lionel is dramatically increasing prices on NASCAR diecast. One small retailer stated on youtube that the tariffs could cause a doubling of retail prices for collectible diecast cars. Probably the same for all diecast made in China.

I agree it certainly is an american problem up to a point if the tariffs continue.

However, if you buy any diecast models produced in limited quantities by small american companies like CCM, HHR, SpecCast or First Gear it will probably effect you too. The majority of these companies rely on american collectors to justify their low production runs.

I was curious to know how that would work with new Diecast Masters models being delayed almost a month it seems.

Obviously it’s no issue for us in Canada. Definitely going to hurt sales though.

Je vais écrire en français mais le peuple américain a élu un fou, ce n'est pas un scoop, il a toujours été comme ça votre cher président. Les miniatures ne sont pas essentielles à la vie, donc on s'en passera, par contre le peuple américain va beaucoup souffrir pour les choses nécessaires et essentielles au quotidien. Bonne chance.
