This was a custom requested by a customer. The pump boom is a Schwing 47 meter boom. In real life the is not a 47 meter tower pump but that is the only pump he had so I started building. The largest Schwing has is a 42m. I have made this tower a conweight tower so it can be set up and move quicker then the concrete inplace boom. Hope you enjoy I picture of all the pieces to the tower kit, minus second boom.  Center ballast going on along with brace arms  All lower ballast on and arms attached  Cat walk attached getting ready for pump head attachment  Pump boom attached and all upper counter weights on  Everything is all pinned on making this 1 solid piece

Looks good but as for your background, it might look much better if you were to shine light through a daylight filter behind a heavy frost. You could probably also use some ellipsoidals with cloud gobos to simulate clouds. Red

Jason, the largest pump that Schwing has is a 61m

I've set a few of the pumper arms before, Always liked seeing the pumper truck drive off without it's boom. Looks great!!

The idea for this was Jakes he just had me build it. This is his in the pictures. there will be another tower section, I have ran out of supplies and I am waiting for the rest to come in. Dewoc the 42 is the largest tower pump, not the largest pump they make just like apm2754 stated. Also apm2754 if this was my model I would buy a trailer pump for it. Hope you like how it looks Jake, it was a great idea, should be done this week I am working on a few people models all at once. Jason

Again...really amazing work. I think you've shown alot of people how far you can go with styrene and have incredible results. Some really cool stuff-thanks for posting.

Thanks Jay it has been fun learning what can be done with styrene. I have building for about a year now and have come a long way since my crane man baskets  Who knows what is next  Jason

Nice job on the Pump tower. Did you know that Conrad made a Putzmeister cement pumper tower back in the day??? Catalog #204 or 2040. Brandon's book lists it as 1/50, but I have not measured one. A friend has one in their collection...I will try to get a photo of it when I get out there next...
They are the hardest Conrad Tower to locate. I am looking for one for my collection still...There was one on ebay several months back and I forgot to bid... =>:-<

Great job after watching your work progress for the last year I really dont think there is anything you couldnt build . The work your doing looks fantastic and the projects are interesting and useful items for those of us involved in this hobby. Keep up the good work. Mark L
