The biggest and the smallest side by side. L 586 2+2 & L 510 Stereoloader (both from NZG).

Just the L 510 Stereoloader.

The L 522 from Conrad (I'm just looking for a L538 now).

And finally, my pretty much complete PR 752 crawlertractor. It's a modified PR 752, with the bottomplate and trackframes from the RL 52 Pipelayer.

Here's the first of two custom Liebherr L586 2+2 wheelloaders. This one is fitted with a demolition bucket from Eric Pioszak. It's officially made for the Cat 980G, but since these two loaders are pretty much the same size class, it fits the Liebherr as well. I just test fitted it, but will finish it later. Just need Liebherr grey paint.

The second L586 will be a blockhandler as seen at Bauma earlier this year. The attachment and the loader have already been ordered, and should arrive sometime next week.

This finally arrived last week from Germany, a special kit to modify the standard Liebherr L586 2+2 from NZG into a "Block Handler" as shown at Bauma.

Together with the L586 2+2 "Demolition".

The more I see those 586 loaders the more I want to get a few. I had the same thoughts on doing the demo version with the two buckets I have, yours looks sweet. Can I ask how to get my hands on the block hanling tools? Are these loders any good in 1:1, never realy heard anything?

Remko,

Nice collection !

According to my records, you need to add at least one (1) more Liebherr wheel loader to your collection:

Liebherr L507 wheel loader (Conrad 2883)

The L507... Damn... It's pretty much the same as the L509, but then again, it's a different model (Conrad instead of NZG). Well, the hunt is on!! Good thing the modelfair will be held next Saturday in my town, perhaps I can get one over there.

Thanks for the tip Randy!

EDIT: It appears I am missing another model... The updated design of the NZG L510 Stereo Loader, I only have the older version (just different markings and paintscheme).

Luckily I found the Conrad L507 pretty quick, and it is already in my collection.
Two more loaders have been ordered as well, the Liebherr L538 '5 Blau und Dreissig' special, from Bauma 1998 and the L586 2+2 in OBM livery, both for very reasonable prices.

However, I also need to get a few more Liebherr dozers. Although I'm still unsure I I'll collect the rubber tracked dozers as well.. I prefer metal tracks.

Here's a small custom. The PR 764 dozer from NZG with a custom compactor instead of the ripper. I purchased this online, and it was origially attached to a Norscot Cat D8. Looks pretty good behind the Liebherr.

My latest additions!

Liebherr L586 2+2 "OBM"

Liebherr L538 Bauma '5 Blau und Dreissig'. Very nice model in a quite different livery. On the hood are stickers, but on the arms and in the bucket the designs are painted.

Together.

I got the L576 from Conrad yesterday, and started a conversion when I got home. I used the quickcoupler from a Volvo BM L150 from NZG for this.

Standard digging bucket.

Log grapple.

High volume top tipper.

All attachments.

Comparison to the original bucket and the Volvo bucket.

I also got something new for my Liebherr L586 2plus2 Blockhandler.

This was the model before. Adapter plate and two size forks.

New slabbucket.

Comparison between the L576 and the L586.
