That looks Amazing! Im lost with wow's! Is that the standard 16000 boom head with out the rooster top?

wow thats awesome, the more and more i see these barge mounted cranes the more and more i would like to have a barge setup just like this one

ManitowocMan - it looks like he took off the jib offset

Fantastic detail. Lots of bridge work over lakes here in the Dallas area. We get to see a lot of barge mounted cranes up close. To be honest with you, your scale model looks better than anything I have seen first hand. Really good job.
