Euclid R-62, scale 1/24 My next project is something completely different. No crane this time! My main fascination is with cranes, but I also love earthmoving equipment. The intention is to make this dump truck fully functioning and able to handle tough conditions.  I started with the axles. I will make axles with planetary end drives and lockable differentials. Kerst great start to a great looking end dump, can’t wait to see the end result for this truck. You should probably start a build of the Terex 72-81 wheel loader to go with your dump, just a suggestion. But wouldn’t that be a mean looking combo in 1/24 scale.

thank you all for the encouraging words! I made good progress with the cab and the hood. The difficulty is finding the right measurements, but I think I am close. It starts looking like a big mean truck!    Kerst

kerst that cab and hood look fantastic great job with that fabrication, and I can picture that in the Euclid green.
