Very nice International! They called these "Emeryville's," named for their factory in Emeryville, CA in the US.
From Wikipedia:
During the 1960s the DCOF-405 or "Emeryville" was the top seller among American trucks for four years.

Vineis company, a Berliet GLM 10A truck fitted with a lifting gear in their premises located in St Etienne (France). Gents,
I forgot to mention that B. Williams took the picture of the Sambo's combination above (you have probably noted that the real Peterbilt 352 unit had a much longer wheelbase than its 1/43 model).

Peterbilt right door is fitted with an extra bottom "window" which enables the driver to have a better view on the hard shoulder. That small opening was often fitted with an extra mirror improving side rear vision when turning to the right. Regards. Guy

1920 Berliet CBA 9 truck modified to carry a mobile still (Hachette Editions). Each French farmer had then the right to convert part of his (wine, apples, etc) production into heavy alcohol, hence that mobile unit going in winter time to work from place to place: ![](http://imagizer.imageshack.com/img922/0/stuvkt.jpg) ![](http://imagizer.imageshack.com/img924/0/rWfPGT.jpg) ![](http://imagizer.imageshack.com/img923/0/jwrXCC.jpg) ![](http://imagizer.imageshack.com/img924/0/WCGYnH.jpg) The real unit, visible in Berliet Foundation premises, near Lyon (France): ![](https://imageshack.com/i/pl97q5ilj) Regards.
