Newest additions, the Liebherr L 580 Loghandler and Liebherr L 506 Compact wheelloaders. First up, the L 580 Loghandler as I built it after seeing it at Bauma 2010 and the new official NZG model. My creation, based on Siku and MotorArt. NZG model.

And the new L 506 Compact. Very nice little model. Compared to the new L 580 Loghandler. Solo.

Chet The big Komatsu WA 600 you mean? I don't have that one, just the WA 800, but it's on my wishlist. It's too bad that Liebherr doesn't have a 50 ton class wheelloader though... Then I could use the huge forks of the WA 600 and fit them on a Liebherr. Now I have to make do with the Norscot Cat 980G logloader. Also nice, but those forks aren't as impressive as those on the Komatsu. But the Cat's would look nice on the L586 as well I think. I'd also like to build a Liebherr L586 compactor, but I need some parts for it first. And a brand new Cat compacter model is a bit expensive to use. I'm probably going to get a special dozer blade this weekend to customize one of my PR 754 dozers.

No Remko it's a VOLVO I liked the look of it ! You should make a Frankenstein model I also have a miniature loader with an excavator boom an stick setup on the articulated front part not useful but looked cool anyway to me.

I was planning this for some time, but couldn't find the time. This is my full collection of Liebherr wheel loaders. I have all types available now (as far as I know). But I would like to add the update variant of the L510 (as well as a white one), and a second L576, fitted with a quickcoupler and buckets from Refo-Tech. But for now, this is it. Top row, left to right: Liebherr L580 (Siku), Liebherr L580 LogHandler (Siku/custom), Liebherr L580 LogHandler (NZG), Liebherr L586 OBM (NZG), Liebherr L586 demolition (NZG/custom) and Liebherr L586 Block Handler (NZG/custom). Center row, left to right: Liebherr L538 updated variant (Conrad), Liebherr L556 (Conrad), Liebherr L564 (Joal), Liebherr L566 (Joal) and Liebherr L576 (Conrad/custom). Bottom row, left to right: Liebherr L538 (Conrad/custom), Liebherr L538 '5 Blau und Dreissig' (Conrad), Liebherr L531 (Conrad), Liebherr L522 (Conrad), Liebherr L510 (NZG), Liebherr L509 (Conrad), Liebherr L507 (Conrad) and Liebherr L506 (NZG). In front of the wheel loaders is the Liebherr TL 435-13 telehandler. This is a kind of wheel loader after all.

A small update to the L586 2+2 Block handling variant. First with various blocks. And I've also modified Eric's demolition bucket to fit the quick coupler plate. Detail of the adapter.

That's a brilliant collection and I like the different tools and buckets you have for them. That log handler you made is a really good job!

I started working on the clearing rake for the block handler. It's far from perfect, but not bad at all for a first try, especially because there are very few photo's available. This is my basic example from the Liebherr brochure: And my version. It's made of 10 mm thick Evergreen square tubing, and is about 120 mm long. The real thing is about 6 meters long, so it measures up pretty good in 1/50th. I'm not yet very experienced with evergreen, and this is actually my first major construction I made. If anybody has some good photo's of a similar clearing rake, that would be very helpful!
