Un friggin believable.......period. I'm seeing this as the new standard!!!
The only 'fault' I can find is the glass on the cab. Its just too crystal clear. Must be a way to 'haze it', 'crack it' or dirty the edges. Perhaps even a dirty haze on the whole glass and just clear with the wipers would be.
I remember as a kid dulling windshield's on my trucks and planes by brushing plastic model cement on the edges.....
That would bring your flawless authenticity to the level it deserves!!!
Cheers!!!

I have been coming to this forum since the 1996/97 (I think) but as far as models go, this is some of the best work I have seen It is nothing short of absolutely amazing. As some have already mentioned, this model deserves to be in a museum. The picture below, for me, is the best one: I hope you do more projects like this!! Paul R

Paul R I totally agree with you Paul If there was dirt underneath I would swear it was a real crane. Simply amazing work . You might want to make sure the co. your modeling after sees pics they might just want it for their office. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing.

ssdphoto,
I know what you mean about the glass. I never really thought about doing anything to the glass. I will have to keep that in mind for the next one.
The reason I didn't make any dio ground work, is because someone from the board is buying it. So there was no time to do it.

Born2lift08, Outstanding work. If I didnt know any better I would have thought this rig was sitting down at Severstall or Zug Island. Glad to see you found a buyer. Unfortunately it wont be at the new 324 office. Not that they would spend the money on it right now. Any time you need an oiler, let me know, but only if I can use your weathering techniques on the job site.
