Stunning job. Call yourself lucky to have such - let´s say- dirt(y) hands. Put them on a slightly larger dio and you can´t tell them from the real ones.
Keep on doing these things.

HCF wrote:Wow. That's fantastic. What did you use on the Volvo excavator for stuck on dirt? Thanks. I used diluted wood glue. I first brushed it on then sprinkled real dirt. Then after it dried, I went over it with black pigments, amber and Humbrol earth spray. Hej Niklas. Thanks guys.

That track plant looks great. I can say from experience that you could put dust on a screen plant for days and it would still be realistic. The plants we get in at work sometimes have 8" of rock dust on them.

Once again I am reminded that I am a very boring "buy a model and stick it on the shelf" collector. Amazing work and I hope we will see much more

So this was the effect he decided on. Thanks guys

Truly works of art. Especially the dio with the ADT and EC 700 is fantastic. One small remark though, and this is actually for all diorama builders, none ofthe machines have operators in them. Surely there must be 1/50th-ish sitting figures available which can be put in the cabs? Now it's just like a scene from Transformers... I have thought of an idea to go around this though. You could try and paint the windows black. Just like some kind of sun filter, but I don't think that would look very realistic.

Besides, I was just commisioned to the weathering. ;)
