I'll have to admit that I thought you stuck mostly to your own 150, but even in this thread you have driven 2 other cranes. Does this mean someone else is driving your crane when you are on another one?

Paul R It's is very much a recent thing, I rarely drove anything but my 150 but because I can drive just about every crane in the yard I tend to get put on something when my crane has no job, it's in the yard today. Just finishing my tower, a Potain MR90C. Gaz

Now that is a cool picture! birdman wrote:Wow Gaz, fabulous shot, you will be giving Steve Ducati a run for his money, love the perspective, should be doing the Ainscough 2012 calender Steve. Not such a bad idea - I would be happy to go along and take a few pics of the heavy lifters to help Gaz out a little. Of course I would need full access to the work site..................... Paul R

Another tower crane today, in Tottenham North London. In my 150 . I'll take better picture a bit later. Was a very tight spot to get the crane into! Wait till you get a load of tomorrow's job, it's a cracker. Will not spoil the surprise. Watch this space. Gaz

Steve, you're in the wrong part of the north! It's been a lovely hot day here in Manchester. So nice I popped across the road to get some pics of the crane depot

The straps around the 500's boom are because they found cracks in the boom so just strapped it up , just kidding, there's a anti fall system on this crane for the riggers as Jack said. Got some good pictures of the job but have not gad time to put them up yet. In the mean time...... Working at a water works today, just putting some steel gantries in, nothing glomourous but I'm out on my 150 . Gaz
