Good news on the instructions, thanks Chuck. The ballast was an easy find, fish section at Petsmart. Aquarium gravel worked good, two 20lb bags and a 5lb bag did the trick, they also sell reptile sand but it seemed to messy. I will post pics of the full ballast containers later.

Fixed it for ya lol All joking aside, for you and the rest of the bunch that laid out the coin for it, I do hope it's release is soon. Bryan, Congrats on the new addition, that thing is truly a monster! I scrolled to the hook block pic and let out a "Holy (expletive)!!"

Sorry to keep you all waiting, I had to go to work today...I will be making the necessary house modifications (ceiling fan removal) this evening and attempt to get the boom. Biggest problem I am facing is not being able to take pictures of something that takes up the whole room while standing in the same room with the camera! I know, next you guys will want me to get pics of it outside!! WAAAY to hot for that!

Nice photos, Bryan. Thanks for posting! It looks like you have a nice fleet of cranes on site to help with the assembly of the model ;)

I have to stop opening this topic, every time I do I get depressed and then think to myself, "hey I'll just but this model, that will make me happy" then I go look at the price and I start to cry
