Wow Paul: I just now saw the pic of that 1050. That is a nice unit! Similar to NQ group kinda

Yes it is. It's kind of simple but sometimes less is more!

The NQ Group 1050 will come later this year.

Thanks,

WSI Wagenborg Nedlift ATF 400G-6:

I personally think this is an epic model! It is WSI back at their best from 3-4 years ago. I never thought I'd say this as I love the 1500 as a crane so much, but the Tadano ATF 400G-6 is up there with the 1500 as a model.

The white painted triangles on the rocks (counterweights) don't align with those on the base plate, kind of weird !!!! Are they on the right side or are they at their right places ???

Pat,
I did wonder myself and have checked. I believe it to be correct but am happy to be corrected.

I've been browsing the Wagenborg topic on the Dutch forum for the real crane... and as it looks like, all counterweight blocks can be put either left or right...

Paul, I did not pointed this to correct you, I meant no hard feelings towards you my friend, and I know you did not took it like this too !!! Pray Wink It is just that, for example, on the ltm 11200-9.1 these small painted triangles are all lined up and my point was that it looks way better that way, that's all. Glad to see the pics of the real one to confirm that it perfectly rendered...

Hi Pat,
No hard feelings whatsoever!! Just wanted to check for my own peace of mind as it does look a little odd. I think the main reason is because the CW blocks are offset from the baseplate and therefore do not line up.

Thanks for the links and pic Victor and Mr. Downes.

Cheers,

Paul R

LG 1750 Dufour by Conrad.

This came with a luffer but I wanted the SLD8HS configuration for wind turbine work. So I repainted the Derrick (it was wrong colour) and some new parts. Also added a YCC hook block:

I am quite happy with the result, though would not have minded some more boom sections!
