Maybe this is what Anton meant by the new design with the more conventional access stairs, dump body and decals ......This looks good!!

Hmm, as much as it was excellent to see the first pics of this model I do prefer the "conventional" design as in your photo MitchtimSmile so here's hopingPray

Judging from the pictures on MCW it doesn't look that awesome...tyres and rims, handrails and cab are average or below average, I just hope the production model will be way better than this prototype. The size alone doesn't make a good model, it should be the bigger the more detailed...! the rims should be grey exactly like all terex/unit rig trucks.

Very nice. Applause It looks like strong competition for the 793D my RH340 is loading right now. I really like the look of that dump body. I also like the overall style of a Terex truck's details such as the staggered steps, curved windshield and the unique front suspension system.

The wheels/rims in some of the MCW pictures do seem to look more grey in colour. I guess they just look black in some of the pictures due to a bad light angle?. Hopefully Anton will release some pictures of the final model as soon as possible Pray

Just got an email back from Anton and this is what he says;

"The model pics have the wrong sticker design". "The model construction like ladders, body and so on will be the same as on Steven Downes(MCW) webpage".

"The model get the same white and grey as the RH340 already have - because this is the official design regulation".

I have had a response overnight from Anton in regards to the upcoming Brami - Terex MT4400AC Dump Truck in 1:50 scale. If you don't remember this is the first picture of the prototype.

And now this is the model close to production.

Looks good. I already have this one on order.

Anton's comments to me were:

"attached one pic from the prototype. Except a couple of little details the model itself is ready. But the Design is the old one. I'm waiting for new instructions from Terex for that. Shipping is time for christmas - not sure if it works !"

Thanks to Anton for the information

Mitchtim

Does anybody know, how many of the 'wrong decaled' models were sold/produced?
