If rumors are true then things with CCM CAT only get better from here....and that's with the 988 and 769 already being a great start!

Outstanding model! I like those old 769's - arguably one of the better looking small haulers of all time!

This old stuff is really refreshing, dont get me wrong Norscot get a bunch of my $$ every year but this stuff from the years i was brought up in the industry brings back some great memories and hence collecting is enjoyable from another perspective at reasonable $$ too.

We can only hope the voice of the customer rings loud and clear to CCM and some of our requests make it into the Classic Caterpillar 1:48 Series, geez nearly sounds like a title for them!!!! They have certainly got it off to a great start.

good job

i wish them commercial success. also do n ot forget to give your feedback to Cat, since thats where the guys sit that give CCM the order to produce these models.

ets those first 4 be a commercial sucess and we´ll see where it goes from there. they did the right thing so far. good choices of machines, good detail work. when the suit-and-tie responsible for this read and hear and see it sells well, you guys will get more of them

off to that D9H please ...

I am definitely with Christian here. PLEASE... D9H with Reverse Angle Cab and Kelly Ripper. I think with the D9G / H being such a monumental success over the years, and with so many being sold and many still in service today, there is a good chance you'd see one from CCM. I am sure it would be a good seller for sure. I believe there is a good chance we will see more of this series from CCM over time. As has been said before, if the collectors are supporting the projects, the projects will continue. ...Prt

Its nice to have some old stuff in your collection. Thats one thing I love about EMD- they make lots of older machinery.
