I saw the following upcoming models listed on another site:

IH TD-25 dozer due 4/08 - FGC503111 - 1/50 scale
Komatsu WB500 - FGC503121 - 1/50 scale
IH TD25 pipelayer due 5/08 - FGC800317 - 1/87 scale

Does anyone know if there have been any pictures released yet or heard any news about future First Gear Models?

cant confirm or deny but i heard through a few others that there might be komatsu excavator, again this could be b.s. so dont take it to the bank, not sure if ive ever seen a wb500 backhoe,,,perhaps its a wa500 loader. its very tough to find out what first gear is going, as i tried for years to find out if the 175 was coming out i, they wont talk. but they did ask for pics ,great news anyway. brian

The only other news was in TT&C, where Duane Parsons announced an Allis Chalmers 45 motor grader for the 2008 TT&C show in his column. The column stated it was being made by First Gear.

Brian,
if you are asking about Duane's column I do not have a link to it. It is in last month's print magazine. I googled Komatsu WB 500 and found it on Horizon Hobbies. I've never heard of a WB-500. It may be a new introduction or the numbers are wrong.

yup. it states wb500 wheel loader. must be a misprint, but it should be a nice model. the 500 is slightly larger than the 980h. brian

The information I posted was taken from the "New models listed" page of BRI.

I must be computer impaired. I went to BRI's website and could not find it. The whats new section shows January 2007 as the last update.

Cat20, you are not the only one that happened to. I think there is a lot of information going around here on this subject that may not be 100% accurate or exactly correct? I think in time, we'll see for sure with an official announcement from one of the diecast dealers. ...Prt

That PC300 sounds like it will be great. I wonder how it will look next to the Cat 330DL
