For those of you who are hardcore Mammoet fans, or just hardcore crane fans in general (Besides Bob of course cause he always knows what the twist is) can you point out the two (2) things on this crane that arent typical of normal Mammoet cranes?

Threw this one in as a tribute to Crane Op's picture of his 16000 painted in Bigge colors

My room is kind of starting to look like Dubai Eh?

COUNT THE BOOMS! LOL! Teeth

I suspect Christian and Emiel will be able to figure out my little (twist) immediately, im curious who else can as well. shouldnt be to hard though

All thats left to do is the hook block and a few touch up areas with paint, ill post those when its done if you guys would like

I'm no Mammoet expert, but possibly the crane's model number and the OEM(TEREX | DEMAG) being shown?

i gonna say that the middle counterwight in front of the crane underaccarige is black, instead of the 2 end counter weights being black and the rest bettween the two black ones red.

That thing rocks Dewoc!!Any chance you'll get the repaint bug like bob and do the 7550 or the ac500?I'm doing my 7550 right now in Southwest rigging colors and took some of bobs advice on the painting and it's coming out pretty freakin good.Anyway, your collection is really nice.Later.

id say there is a pretty good chance my GMK 7550 is going to get repainted into Sarens Whistle

as for the twist to this topic some of you were right.

the boom stops for the main boom and rear mast should normally be red, i figured i would switch things up a bit and throw my own customizing to it and do black and red and offset them.

the other twist would be the counterweight, they wouldnt be red on the jobsite nor would they be lined up like they are even if they were red.

Tape around the winches?
Great job DeWoc! So that's what you've been up to.
That is an ambitious model to try a first repaint on, but you had the right guy coaching you, and the best facility. I think the decals on the ballast plates would have driven my crazy.

Looks great dude! Enjoyed seeing all the progress pics as well. It appears Bob has brought you over to the black and red side. I am also hooked. Thanks for sharing your work with us.
