OK did some dio work this morning here you go... Starting to clear out the road Good pic of the D6 doing what is does best moving some trees out of the way. you can see the custom roll cage and windshield protection, side note. the operator hates it=>:-< lucky for him it is a bolt-on Ok now we are getting some dirt moving, we are trying to smooth out the slope on the road. We are going to be having some large loads and cranes using it so we do not want it to steep Our track loader clearing out where the guard shack be more on the way............ NIkl Scale Models

OK here is the supply truck with the guard shack fuel tank and some pallets and ply wood Once the truck is out of the way we can off load Here we go careful now do not want to drop it and there all empty, get the trailer out of the way Setting stone down as a nice base to put the shack, did you notice whats is missing? the cab guard operator took it off All set up not bad, lets call it a day Everyone is coming in and getting ready to go home. Notice our solar panel flood light and cameras Last guy out lock the gate That is it for now hope you enjoyed Jason NIkl Scale Models

Sorry I don't get to post very often. I stay pretty busy at work here lately. Just wanted to say the dio looks awesome. Nice attention to detail. Can't wait to see the refinery in the future. I'm sure it will be amazing. Have a good one. Shawn

you should build some swinging leads and a hammer for your 885. I have yet to build the hammer but here are me leads: Dont mind the hammer, quick build to see what it would look like. I built a better looking set of leads, but I havent taken pictures of it yet. Justin

So when you have the guard shack occupied, you realize he probably won't allow you on site with your camera gear, right?

That's awesome, but you should build a Gin pole truck to offload the office, and pipe racks and things like that. I can get you some pictures if you need them. Graham http://www.dioramaphotos.blogspot.com
