It is almost impossible to tell that these are diecast models; they certainly required great artistic skills, but even better observation and attention to details.

Sadly, I believe weathering is an understated art which should deserve more recognition.

Aging complex pieces of equipment in a smaller scale sometimes also requires knowing how they are being used and how they wear. Then mastering the weathering techniques is an art in itself.

An art you appear to be mastering very well. as you are bringing these toys alive. Bravo!

The 992C's bucket with the stone packed into the corners is absolute perfection! I can't remember anybody ever doing that. Hats off to you! Also, that shear on the 390F is a scary attachment. Who made it? Again, Bravo!

That shear are from a friend here at my town who makes incredible work. The shear comes also in white, yellow and turquoise.
