I still gotta say I really like my 4100w RINGER. Still can't put all the boom on but who knows. The Tower in the foreground is completed, but the RINGER still dominates. Can't see the 4100W crawler in this shot, but it is way up there. Working on a 16000. with a MAXER to be added, have to wait and see.

Only got 2 so far, no photo yet but LTM1200 5.1 in Mammoet livery. Great colour and a great model!
As Mammoet says "SIZE DOES MATTER". Slowly collecting Mammoet 1:50 scale stuff. Mainly cranes!

I like my Liebherr HS855HD and my Terex RC45!!
Of course they are the only two I have at the time. I am looking forward to the possible purchase of a LR1300 (I think that's right) and I'd love to get a LTM11200-9.1!!!!
I do have two other crane type things, I have an RL52 and a RL64!! Of course they are Sideboom Tractors (Pipelayers)!!!!
Dain
I'm a kid at heart, so I will play with any model construction vehicle from 1:87 scale to 1:1 scale!!!!
Age is a state of time NOT a state of mind!!

Well its been 2 years since I posted this, new models come out so our new favorites probably have changed, out of my crawlers, it would be the 18000 still, for mobiles, it would be the 11200 now, towers, the 630 ech, and for ringers, since I only have the 4100, so yeah. But hopefully by April, my new favorite model will be the 31000

Good stuff Brandon,
I'm probably still sticking with your first choice,I always take into consideration how that model made you feel when you got it,and how does it make you feel now,the ac500 wins it for me all day long, the shear age of the model, yet its still highly sought, and thats no luck thing, the 112 is a much much better crane in all respects but for me it just hasn't got that little something, only time will tell,I think it was the fact the market got flooded with all those 112 liveries so suddenly,so the AC500 in any livery is my fav mobile
My fav crawler is the 18000 still, yep its had its flaws and its poor functionality without heavy mods, the same way your pet dog you've had for years ,when its chewed up a shoe,or took a dump in the hall, getting rid of it isn't so easy. The 18000 is superbly highly detailed yet you can half abuse it and it won't crumble before you like other models you're half affraid to even look at,so the 18000 is my fav crawler.
Towers,I'm sorry I have no love for, same as skid steers, excavators below say 20t,reduced radius or zero swing excavators
Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"?
... It's better to be silent and thought a fool, then to speak up and remove all doubt
The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

My white 555. Does anyone know the story behind this guy? I saw it at IMCATS and bought it. IIRC, a guy painted some custom colors - white, blue, and yellow - I vaguely remember his webpage. Could a Crane be designated as having a bucket on the end and a drag chain? Like a Wrecking ball set up but with a bucket instead?
