I have been working on this for a couple weeks now. After realizing that the winch for the A-frame always spools towards the side of the drum, I decided to take a different path so it would lead into the drum a bit more centered. It worked so well I made a new drawing. I remember many a complaint about these diagrams being too confusing, so I couldn't stop at making one. Many, many mouse clicks later, I have come up with nine reeving diagrams to hopefully better illustrate the process. I have updated the originals from Conrad and also included my revisions to be a bit more realistic. The new A-frame reeving works fantastic and I love that I don't have the line piling up on one side of the drum anymore, I highly suggest this method for ALL 1750 owners. I hope this helps some of you!

The link below will take you to a site to download a ZIP file. Contained inside the ZIP file are nine PDF's to print out to your liking. This link will be active for seven days. I will re-upload as necessary, just let me know. Good luck! New LG/LR 1750 Reeving

1:1 or 1:50, I am still in awe.

Hello mixontour! I have recently bought an LG1750 crane and would very much like to try this different reeving of yours. Can you or anyone else having it make it accessible again? Thank you! Regards, Anders
