Hello group. I had another fantastic day today but with mixed feelings. The last of the Mammoet cranes and trucks left here(Shetland) after their summer's work but as I saw they left with a bang.

In all there was the LTM1500, AC500, a smaller Grove, three Mercedes+ballast trailers and two escort vans.

I just want to say a huge thankyou to Steve and Fergie who as you will see in the last photo had an apprentice this afternoon. Me Whistle

Ha, ha!, well I'll tell you what, when he shut the door to take my photo it felt a bit strange sitting in there!.

This is a pic I got when they arrived a few weeks ago.

Nice pics again lads. The VW crafter model would've looked much better in those colours with heavy crane division on the side instead of the ordinary looking red and black one that came in the VW set!

I wonder how long til WSI release another mammoet ballast rig with a MB tractor unit to go with the DAF and MAN versions? The three of them would make a grand set! Oh and a TWH grove in black and red too of course, maybe a possibility???

Noel.
