Well I went down to go my pass to get into the show for tomorrow. As most of ya'll know I don't like to wait and slip past the rules so I walked around behind the security gate and officer and got into the show a day early. I mean really what are they going to do tell me to leave haha. so here are a few behind the scene pics I took before the show opens tomorrow. John deere looks to be the one with the most equipment, lots of new goodies! they were power washing the new D series skids so I couldn't take pics, but here's one of the new 333D

Justin It's some sort of pipe vacuum attachment. I hope to see it in action tomorrow.

Great photos! That looks like a nice show with a lot of things to see. (Jealous! ) Is that a winch on the back of the 950J? Those Turner rigs pass through my area from time to time. Loooooooong. Nice catch. PileDriving wrote:What attch. is on the Hitachi excavator??? It is a Vacuum pipe lifter from Vacuworx International. It's a neat little gizmo. Quick attach/quick detach and with no damage to the pipe. At our new Twins Stadium here in Minneapolis they used a similar idea, but very much larger unit, from Aerolift to even set precast concrete sections. - Chris

That trencher with the 4 independent crawlers looks cool. The Terex with tracks, is that have an auger on it? I guess it's for setting utility poles?

Justin If you're talking about the Hitachi in the second picture, it is a soil stabilizing attachment. It is basically a soil stabilizer for an excavator. That tracked tank pumps grout to head to dynamically strengthen and harden soil. I heard of the ALLU name now for about 6 years, all their products have been featured in equipment magazines since it was invented since the 1980's. Their website ALLUSweet pics Chris, lot off different machines.

Jeff The Terex sure does, National Grid just had one right around the corner from me, what an awesome looking machine, also with a huge bucket truck too

I bet you will do fine on the excavator operating. You must of been operating a machine that was not working right.
