I received my CCM D7E yesterday, and decided to take a few photos comparing it against the D8T CCM 1:24 scales and the NZG D7WW11 I was quite surprised to see the size of the D7E, it is quite a big machine Enjoy the photos Now the D7WW11 and D7E Thanks for looking and hope you enjoy Peter West Aussie

You are one lucky man with both of those CCM models which both are beautiful.

Excellent pictures Peter but come on! How could you leave out the D11R as well? I'm pretty sure from memory you have one of these tucked away somewhere don't you? Any chance of adding the D11 in for a snap? Rowan. 1:25th scale CAT 375L excavator

You have a good memory Rowan,, I'll do you a favour and take them all out the cabinet tomorrow and take a couple of shots. You may notice that I accidently slipped the cable off the gantry on the NZG model before taking the photo.. I didn't notice until I saw this post. I checked my cabinet and put the cable on properly. Until tomorrow

Mark You know with these side by side comparisons the D7E does look to be a hefty machine.....interesting note Mark. Peter, I did enjoy viewing these. Thanks. Chris

The old D8,s are beautiful models, does anyone else think the D11R blade lift cylinders are way to high, they go about cab height from memory cos' you can sometimes get away with just removing the ROPS and exhaust stacks for transport then the next highest thing is the top of the cylinders.

Excellent pictures Peter, that sure is an impressive collection! It's amazing to see that 11 dwarf those 8's!! Thanks for taking the time to snap and post! Rowan. 1:25th scale CAT 375L excavator
