NZG 16G wow say that five times fast... Does it even look close to any real 16G if I put tires the size like this on there? I have seen 16G's and 16H's with bigger tires I just don't know if these are too big... (they are not mounted yet, that is why they are facing the wrong way) Help will be appreciated.

I think that those may be a bit big. I have used some off some toys that were friction powered and they look pretty good. Ill dig up some photos for you.

Ethan
The latest spec 16M often runs on 23.5R25.
These are also the same tires fitted to the 950H loader and the 725 dump truck.
Norscot do both in 1:50 so you can either use these to check size or use as a donor! The 950 would be my preference due to a closer match on the rims and drive ends.
Hope this helps

Good thing with the 725 is when you use it as a daoner you get 6 tyres just what you need, using the 950 you need 2 machines as donors

Thanks all, a long day in the house can doo funny things to you. I will be looking at the 725 tires. I thought they looked a bit big.

And I would vote for the 950 tires wheels myself.....they look the part much better.....even though a more expensive route. Here is a tired old 16g that I've thrown on here several times already. It's my 16G project (in the works for a few years now and still waiting for me to come back to it) These were from a very similar discussion to this one. Another option for you could be to use tires and wheels form a Norscot 613 scraper in 1/64th. I have used heavily modified NZG CAT D250 tires and wheels on mine. Chris
