myself and the homer fella went for a little spin today
the first few are of o neill hh they were off loading sewage tanks this morning here in waterford
then we took a spin up to kavanagh,s yard not to much about it is a good sign i suppose just shows they are busy, then homer headed off up to the big smoke to meet one of his mates for a session of stout, i was going to stop in 1-2 other places on the way home but the weather was out the window
enjoy.

Jeeez what is tha maximum weight allowed to be transported in southern Ireland??

that Scania 8 x 4 ballast truck has 90te of ballast alone plus approx 8te of mats on it for the AC350.Whistle Whistle that with the tractor trailer topping in at approx 41te gross weight of around 140te on 10 axles. Me thinks that somewhere there is one ortwo overloaded axles there. Oh yeah it Ireland Teeth Teeth Teeth
its no wonder the roads are shagged out in Eire. or are they better now?

Incredible here in the uk were only allowed to transport 100te gross. about 60te of counterwights only

in memory of Biscuit. dearly loved RIP 28.10.08

great pics gus, won't be long now Teeth Teeth Teeth Teeth .......

Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"?

... It's better to be silent and thought a fool, then to speak up and remove all doubt

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

Great pics Guso I wish we could run with the fly on the side of the boom and counter weights .
Lucky buggers we have to run no fly and counter weight over here.

Nice day trip and pix, gents!

Looks like there could be some custom paint for the new WSI HK70 in my future! Unless of course Ricky does it for me?!

Now the real question:

What pub did you stop at afterward?Teeth

firstly the waterford site is the new w.i.t collage playing fields on the edge of the city on the cork side.
second as for the weight im sure that what these trailers were built for they tend to turn a blind eye maybe until something happensWhistle Whistle
as for the roads with all that weight they are still in good shape as you can see from the first pic
and the rest are of darrens truck which is plated for 100 ton she is old what an animal i went up the country with him to collect a load today the sun was shining , as for that homer fella he only drinks twice a week once for 3 days and once for 4 daysTeeth
