Yes it is, its the N25 Suir River Bridge crossing in Co Waterford, recently completed by Ascon in joint venture with Dragados just upstream of the city. i think there was an article in the Engineers Ireland Journal a few months back on it but I havnt found a digital version yet, have it in hard copy at home somewhere.
