Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"?

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

Yes it is, its the N25 Suir River Bridge crossing in Co Waterford, recently completed by Ascon in joint venture with Dragados just upstream of the city. i think there was an article in the Engineers Ireland Journal a few months back on it but I havnt found a digital version yet, have it in hard copy at home somewhere. In the mean time heres the link to its website: http://www.waterfordcity.ie/n25bypass/bridge.htm

Specs (From its website):
•Overall width: 30.60m
•Over length: 465m
•Main span length: 230m (Longest span in 26 counties. Foyle Bridge in Derry NI has a main span of 234m)
Pity they couldnt have made it 5m longer Teeth Teeth
•Side span lengths: 40, 70, 90, (230), 35m
•Clearance over MHWS: 14m above MHWS
•Overall Tower height: 112m (above foundation)
•Height of Tower above road level: 95.6m
•Tower width at base: 53m
•Total length of cable: 11900m (approx)
•Diameter of cables (Outer sheath): Between 250-400mm comprising between 19 and 73 strands (Approx 550km of strand)
•Tower = 300t
•Volume of concrete: Deck = 2700m3 approx.
•Tower/Substructure = 4000m3 Approx.
•Total = 6700m3

Renaultman had a post with showing Ascons Wolf tower crane and on of Kavanaghs on the deck, from last week: http://forums.dhsdiecast.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=124786
