Pictures has been taken few years back from Hong Kong. That was the first time i see this monster in person. Very impressive machine. But don't know why they use it for harbor work... I also found a similar video on youtube. Looks like the same machine, and same place. However, the person who uploaded it said it is filmed in the United States. Thanks for posting the pictures Its probably not his video because he thinks he took it in New Jersey but he is not sure, the skyline in the back-round isn't even a new jersey skyline.

I'm pretty sure the machine is the same one from the video. the barge has the same pilings and the backdrop seems like one of Hong Kong

Great pics! It has to be in Hong Kong....Theres no way you can put a machine that close to the edge of a barge and not tie it down. They get away with that in China! That Op is crazy!!!!!
