Looks like the One I saw in 2008 in Brownsville, PA during the HECA show....And a great show it was.

You are correct Bluebarn, the pic of the Cat 992 and the pics of the old back hoe are from the HCEA Show at Brownsville,Pa in 2008. I have been to at least 10 HCEA Shows, and none have come close to this show. The most old iron and the best working area to operate them. I am trying to a set up a site so people interested in old equipement can view the pics I have.

Very nice Picture!! I love this old 992´s. Hope there comes anytime a nice model in 1:48 from this Loader.

If you have seen a 992B with full factory sound suppression package, Beadless tyres and a 10 yr V edge rock bucket with Cats old Modulok system then you would see in my opinion the best incarnation of a 992B and i think they have quite a unique look about them. I watched a few loaders with that specification as a kid and they made an impact on me.
I agree Markus, a 1:48 CCM diecast would be fantastic!!
