Absolutely massive. Lots of Pics of hook block at Bauma, please and thanks. BTW, I heard somewhere that it can only lift 1,750 ton's, not 3,000. Correct me if I'm wrong.

great find, can't wait to see her in the flesh, lifting,I'm very interested in how it will stack up against the twin, when you compare slew ring diameters and the forces applied to them, also stability in certain wind conditions, the lr13000 just to me looks a tad small for compared to the twin,
Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"?

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

Correct me if I'm wrong. you are corrected then.... did you hear this from the bus driver? LOL! DeWoc! Yes Liebherr made a LR13000 That can only lift 1,750tons. And umm, Disregard this directly from Liebherr on that site.. Means nothing, " With a maximum lifting capacity of 3,000 tonnes and an outreach of 12 metres, the LR 13000 represents a new dimension in size for crawler cranes of conventional design. The most important area of operations for this new flagship among Liebherr crawler cranes is going to be power station construction. The LR 13000 provides a maximum system length of 246 metres, which is achieved by the configuration of 120 metre main mast and 126 metre luffing fly jib. This attains a maximum hook height of 240 metres, with an overall operational weight of 3,500 tonnes."

Max 1750t? Not really... Even LR 11350 can lift almost 1600t...
Also the slewing ring on LR 13000 is extremely strong, so it doesn't need a ring like for example twin and M31000 have.
