Ok,the reason i ask is because i few months back i went to custom paint my push bike into the green and blue of Nordic Crane and took the code into the shop and they said the codes never existed in the database they had.

The green for Kynningsrud and nordic crane is PIA 6811, so it's not an RAL code. The blue one is RAL 5005

and here in the U.S. we dont use the RAL system, so the paint shop would have to convert that RAL code over to our paint equivalent

The problem we have in Australia is no one has R.A.L colous so we need to convert to something close or a car paint suppler code. I chasing a Sarens code which is 5009 but the model colours that are imported here are Humbrol, Tamiya and Revell. I work in the Autobody repair industry and can get any colour I want made as long as I have something to start from other than R.A.L a colour chip is enough to match the colour to so if someone out there has a conversion for all the R.A.L colour I stuck trying to match of a photo.
