There are two which have to be drilled, and two smaller friction rivets which have to be pushed out. Not too much of a job really - see below - but obviously it is at the collector's risk.

Thank you Ian, my plan was to drill out the rivit then drill the hole a little larger and use small nuts and bolts if i decided to et the luffer on. So a table drill would be best to do it on?
