Hy Ian, the hydraulic landing leg is used to slide the trailer back in.
When fully extended or on uneven ground the beams bend down and it can be hard to slide the trailer back together.
You use the leg to level the beams so they slide in eassily.
I hope you understand what I saying.

Thanks for that vid, i didn't know what was really involved in setting up a LTM 11200. Wow. Still going to get one this year.

As Mammoet says "SIZE DOES MATTER". Slowly collecting Mammoet 1:50 scale stuff. Mainly cranes!
