Gaz I did have the 31000 ordered but subsequently cancelled it. Main reason is lack of space but when I heard about this one, I have to have it!! Paul R

This one could be a must have model, It'll be interesting to see how much it will cost especially when you have to buy the luffer seperately.

Since it's being made by WSI, would it be safe to assume that the price would be about the same as the Mammoet PTC ?

Guys, don't forget this model will be TWICE the size of the PTC base model. PTC crane is 35.000tm, this one is 120.000tm!!! Ring will be about 2x as big as the PTC. Counterweight containers will be filled with locally sourced materials in the real machine, how will they do this with the model? Do I have to dig out my entire backgarden??? www.emielschoonen.nlGreed isn't going anywhere. They should put that up on a billboard across Times Square!

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

my advice Brandon would be buy it,have it arrive in April 2011,unpack it,assemble it,make a stop motion, then think about it

Hard to say but the SGC is more tempting then the 31000 gbarnewall wrote:my advice Brandon would be buy it,have it arrive in April 2011,unpack it,assemble it,make a stop motion, then think about it He can make a stop motion of his link belt cranes assembling his AC-500, then the 500 assembling the LR-1300, the LR-1300 assembling his 16000, the 16000 assembling the 18000, then the LTM11200 assembled and they can all help assemble the 31000.. THEN the 31000 and the previously mentioned cranes can all assemble the SGC! Now thats the ultimate stop motion video!

Dam this will be great, I can see it sitting next the the PTC. I might use this for my upcoming refinery tower.....you hear that Jason, make that thing HUGE . Can you imagine the size of refinery tower you could do with this, maybe having the M31000 tailing it!!!! Lol, your talking a 2500t lift easy! Na, think I'm getting a bit over excited, might a load of rigging made and have the SGC lifting the PTC! . Role on April, the 31000 and SGC both will be in my hands . Gaz
